Kitchen and living space remodel with master suite addition, pool bathroom, and new roof.
Most fence work comes from homeowners who already called three companies. You want to be the first and only one they hear from.
A pool owner has to fence it, has budget, and wants it done fast. But nothing tells you who's getting a pool.
When a fence permit shows up, a fence company pulled it. You need the jobs one step earlier.
We send the pool address and the owner of record's mailing address from the tax roll, plus whether they live there and when they bought.
New single-family homes come with the builder's name and phone. Builders on infill lots need privacy fence before they list.
A pool takes 8 to 12 weeks to build. Your postcard can land before the shell is even shot.
Real permits Austin issued in the last seven days that need fence. Phone numbers are partly hidden here; subscribers get them in full, every morning.

No. For new pools you get the owner of record and their mailing address from the Travis Central Appraisal District tax roll, plus whether they live there and when they bought. That's for mailers and door-knocking. Owners who've asked the appraisal district to keep their records confidential are never included.
The pool permit covers the pool. Many pool builders leave the barrier to the owner or sub it out, which is where you come in.
Those are jobs someone else already sold, so we don't send them as fence leads. We send the jobs that will need a fence next.
Every lead comes straight from a permit the city issued, checked against every sub-permit on the same job, so we know who's already named. The "why" line tells you exactly which rule made it a lead. The job value and contractor phone are whatever the city recorded; when the city left them blank, so do we.
No phone numbers. Most leads are the contractor running the job, with their phone when the city lists it, which is most of the time. For work that follows a job, like a fence after a new pool, you get the owner of record and their mailing address from the Travis Central Appraisal District's public tax roll, ready for a mailer, plus whether they live there and when they bought. Owners who've had the appraisal district keep their records confidential are never included.
Most lists sort permits by the trade on the permit, so a roofer gets a list of roofs other roofers already sold. We sort by the trades the job still needs. We check every sub-permit filed for the job so we never send you one where your trade is already named, and every lead says in one line why it's yours.
Yes. Building permits and the appraisal roll are public records, and calling a contractor about work on their job is ordinary business. Owner records are for mail outreach only, which you agree to in our terms, and we remove any owner who asks. You're responsible for following do-not-call and anti-solicitation rules where they apply.
